Failoa Famili was founded on the belief that every family deserves a fair chance to thrive. We provide 'hope' and 'motivation' to be better self-sufficient people, have better families and become better communities by delivering quality training, advice and information.
Our work spans energy hardship, mental wellbeing, education, employment, youth development, and community safety. Every programme is grounded in Pasifika values — guided by the Samoan proverb: "O le ala I le pule o le tautua" — the pathway to leadership is through service.
